Bookings, opening hours and availability
Flexible, to suit your needs!
We offer daytime or Saturday appointments. Most of our working patients take time off work for their appointments, just as they would if they had a doctor’s or hospital appointment.
Please note that Saturday appointments are in great demand and are often booked up several weeks in advance. If you don’t want to wait too long for your appointment, it’s best to choose a weekday appointment.
Please contact us for details of current availability of appointments.

waiting list
We prefer to limit the number of patients we see each week, to ensure the quality of our service. This ensures that adequate time is set aside for deeper work on your case, research, managing your acutes, and keeping our skills up-to-date via ongoing professional development.
Remember, the fee you pay covers not just the time you spend with us, but also the (often substantial) work we do behind the scenes. We are proud of this thoroughness and attention to detail, and believe that it contributed to our being judged in the top three natural health practices nationwide at Complementary & Alternative Medicine magazine’s Outstanding Practice Awards 2006.
holiday closures
The practice closes (so that the team can have a proper, healthful rest) on UK Bank Holidays and for two weeks at Christmas/New Year, for two weeks at Easter, and for two weeks towards the end of August. The exact dates of annual practice closures are available from reception.
When the reception desk is closed, you can still contact us by leaving a message with our virtual receptionists: rest assured that we will get back to you as soon as we can!
